90 Days Parts, 90 Days Labor - LIMITED WARRANTY

Please note: This warranty is only valid if the product was purchased through a Casio Outlet Store.

This product, except the battery, and with respect to electronic musical instruments and toy products, except for knobs, dials, template, and other exterior cosmetic parts, and with respect to timepieces, except for the case (including buttons) and band, is warranted by Casio to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired or replaced (with the same or a similar model) at Casio's option, at a Casio Authorized Service Center, without charge for parts or labor. These are your sole remedies for any breach of warranty. This warranty will not apply if the product has been misused, abused, or altered. Without limiting the foregoing, battery leakage, bending or dropping of any portion of the product, water damage, broken keys, key pads or function pads, broken antenna, scratches, abrasions or cracks in the LCD display or lens, a broken display tube, misalignment of recording and playback heads, or floppy disk drive recalibrations, if applicable, will be presumed to have resulted from misuse, abuse, alteration or failure to operate the products as set forth in the operating instructions. To obtain warranty service you must take or ship the product, postage paid, with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase indicating the date of purchase to a Casio Authorized Service Center. Due to the possibility of damage or loss, it is recommended when sending the product to a Casio Authorized Service Center that you package the product securely and send it insured, return receipt requested.

NEITHER THIS WARRANTY NOR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED BY CASIO FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR INJURIES RESULTING FROM MATHEMATICAL, DEPTH OR BLOOD PRESSURE MEASUREMENT INACCURACY, INACCURACY OF ROM SOFTWARE, LOSS OF STORED DATA, OR ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, OR EXPENSE ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
