For Timepiece, Calculators, Digital Cameras, Label Printers, Portable TV's,
Musical Instruments, Cash Registers, CASSIOPEIA's, Clocks
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of this
product, you may return it within thirty (30) days to Casio and obtain a full
refund of the original purchase price of the product, excluding shipping and
handling charges. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization.
To obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization, please contact our direct sales
department at 800-836-8580. Casio's Direct Sales Associates will assist you
in either a merchandise exchange (for defective merchandise) or return of the
product for a credit of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling
charges). If your original payment was made by check or electronic check, Casio
will issue a check for the return; if the original payment was made by credit
card, your credit card account will be credited. Please allow one
billing cycle for credits to be issued on your credit card. If
returning an order paid by debit card, please be aware that it will still take
several days for the funds to be returned to your bank account.
You must return the product at your expense in undamaged condition in the original
box with all materials and package inserts. Your return authorization number
and a copy of the original packing slip must accompany the return, with an explanation
as to why the product is being returned.. Upon receipt of the returned Product
to Casio, a refund will be made to you for the original purchase price, less
the shipping and handling charges.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item when the defective
merchandise is returned within the first 30 days of purchase. An explanation
of the nature of the defect must be included with the returned merchandise.
A copy of the original packing slip must accompany the returned merchandise.
The customer is responsible for the shipping expense to return the product.

RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE
If your product becomes inoperable due to a manufacturer’s defect within
the first 3-years after the invoice date, you may return it for replacement.
Prior to returning any item you must contact our service department (1-800-981-3698)
to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
for the return. At Casio’s discretion the replacement unit may either
be new or refurbished. The replacement unit will be shipped to you upon receipt
of the defective unit. Please note that the defective unit must be returned
in the original packaging with the accessory carrying case to ensure that the
unit will not be damaged in transit (all other accessories should NOT be returned
with the projector and the case, we will send the replacement unit and case
back to you). The cost of return freight and insurance is the responsibility
of the party returning the defective unit. Casio will bear the cost of return
shipping and insurance and will ship the replacement using the same shipping
service level as the return.
Example: If you elect to send the defective unit back using overnight service
the replacement unit will be sent overnight, if you choose to send the defective
unit via standard ground shipping service we will ship the replacement unit
by ground service. .
IMPORTANT: No product will be accepted without
an RMA number & no exchange unit will be sent out. Any item returned without
an RMA number is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
The RMA number may be used for the return of one (1) item and must match the
product authorized for return. Casio, will offer a replacement of your projector
subject to the terms noted above.
