Browser & System Requirements

If you are having trouble viewing or using our web site, upgrading your browser version may help.

Minimum required browser version: 
Netscape Navigator 3.0
Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 

Recommended browser version: 
Netscape Communicator 4.0 or higher
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher 

If you are using an older version of either browser mentioned above, you may download a free update from Netscape  or Microsoft .


We also recommend using a screen setting of 800 X 600 pixels; for optimal viewing 1024 X 768 pixels is suggested. You may adjust this setting by going into the control panel, selecting display and then adjusting the scroll bar in the desktop area on the settings tab.
