Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your username or password for Casio.com, click on the corresponding "Forgot your password or user name" links from the log in page (or click here). You will be requested to provide your username and email address. Our system will then match the information you provide to a record in our database. You will then receive your password or user name via email. We do not display your username and password on the screen for your own security.If you have requested your password or user name, but do not receive it via email, you may have entered an invalid email address when you registered for membership.  If this is the case, it will be necessary for you to re-register for Casio membership.
