Q: I left my computer and came back later, now all the items in my cart are gone...

A: In order to protect our customers, we will automatically log off our members after 20 minutes of inactivity. This will prevent another user from obtaining any of your private information should you be using a public computer and forget to log yourself off.

Q: I am having trouble with my username and password, I keep getting error messages...
A: Please remember that both your username and password are case sensitive.  Meaning if you used any capitalization when you originally entered your username and password, you must continue to use that exact capitalization.  If you believe you have entered your username and password correctly, we suggest requesting your password through the system (click here to request your password now).  Your password will be sent to you via email in a timely manner.  If you are still having problems logging in, please contact memberservices@Casio.com with an explanation of the issue.

Q: When becoming a new member, I receive an error message that my email address is already in use...
A: Please remember that Casio requires that both your username and email address are unique identifiers for your account.  Is it possible that you have placed an internet order with us previously?  When you shop anonymously, the system automatically assigns you a username and password so that you may track that order.  In this case you would have received two emails after you placed the order, one as order confirmation and the other as membership confirmation containing your username and password.  If this issue still seems to be in error, or you need to obtain your username and password, please contact memberservices@casio.com with an explanation of the issue.
